I started working as a sleep coach after noticing that so many people in my community and family are struggling with sleep issues.
Issues including racing thoughts before going to bed, poor bedtime discipline, and general anxiety about sleeping.
I wanted to help them.

I started working with Chevy after months of insomnia following a medical incident due to the birth of my youngest child. I had tried everything at that point, including sleeping pills. When I first came to Chevy, I was struggling to fall asleep, and when I finally did, I would wake up three hours later, wide awake and unable to go back to sleep. I felt completely exhausted and didn’t know what to do.
After doing some testing, Chevy discovered that I had chemical imbalances—my cortisol levels were extremely high in the morning, and my melatonin was on the low end. Frequently Asked Questions for Integrative Sleep Coaching
What kind of sleep issues do you deal with?
We treat insomnia, frequent waking, general exhaustion and fatigue, snoring, apnea, nightmares, and restless leg syndrome. We do not currently treat narcolepsy.
Are your services covered by insurance?
No, we are not covered by insurance.
I already tried CBT-i (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) and it didn't work, can you still work with me?
Yes, our program goes much more in depth than CBT-i, including ACT, RTT, ERP and more. We are in the insomnia specialists and know how to dive deep to get results.

What is the cost of the program?
The first consultation is always free, and based upon our discussion, we will decide which sleep solution package works best for you. They range in price from $300 to $4,200 depending on what you need. We are open to payment plans and want to work within your budget to solve your sleep issues. Most sleep programs are 3 months in length.
Do you work with children?
We don't do infant sleep training, but we do work with children and young adults.
I'm hooked on sleeping pills, is there any way of getting off of them?
Yes, we specialize in getting people off sleeping pills even after many years. We work in collaboration with your other medical care providers to do this safely and effectively.
I'm working with another therapist, can I still do sleep coaching?
Yes, many of our clients are also working with other therapists while they work with us on their sleep. We coordinate efforts and are sensitive to other issues that are being dealt with.
What is functional medicine?
We work with a team of functional medicine doctors to help diagnose and treat any underlying biochemical imbalances that might be affecting sleep. Functional medicine is a specialty in the medical world that focuses on getting to the root cause of any individuals health and crafting customized, natural solutions to help restore balance to the body and mind.
