Last week, I had the amazing opportunity to speak with Dalia Brunschwig from Fully In Balance—and I’m so happy we finally made this happen!
This conversation had been on our to-do list since September, when Dalia first reached out. We both knew that nutrition and sleep go hand in hand, so we carved out some time for a casual, heartfelt chat that I can’t wait to share with you.
Let me introduce Dalia:
she’s a mom living in Switzerland, originally from Spain, who believes in supporting women to feel balanced, energized, and in control of their health doing what feels right for them in each moment.
Whether you’re nursing a baby, navigating a busy season, or juggling work and family, she focuses on creating programs that truly fit your life.
Her philosophy is simple but powerful: everything in moderation. No strict diets, no “all or nothing” mentality—just practical, personalized approaches. She runs reset programs a few times a year—before Yom Tov, after Chanukah, or for breastfeeding moms—and emphasizes that these small shifts, over time, build confidence, energy, and the ability to do more for yourself.
It was such a pleasure talking with Dalia. She’s passionate about what she does, and I hope we’ll have more sessions together soon. If you have topics you’d love to hear about, or questions you want us to cover in a Q&A, I’d love to hear from you!
Sleep isn’t something you tack on at the end of the day like dessert—it’s the main course of your 24-hour cycle. What you eat, how you hydrate, getting fresh air, processing your emotions, and even just listening to your body all set the table for how well you rest at night. Small, intentional steps during the day can make it much easier to enjoy deep, restorative sleep.
If you listened to our conversation, you probably noticed how much your sleep is connected to everything happening during the day. Especially now, around Pesach, when routines shift, meals look different, evenings get later, and life simply gets busier, many women notice lighter, more interrupted sleep—or nights that just don’t feel restorative.
And when sleep is off, it shows up quickly the next day—in energy dips, cravings, mood swings, and overall balance.
That’s why Dalia’s 5-Day Reset can be such a supportive next step after Pesach. It’s designed for moments when your body feels a bit out of rhythm and needs a gentle way back into balance. It focuses on simple, structured meals, stabilizing blood sugar, reducing the pull toward sugar and coffee, and helping the body feel settled from the inside. And as she guides your nutrition during the day, it often naturally helps your body rest better at night too.
She’s offering my community 10% off with the code: CHEVY10 You can see all the details here:https://fullyinbalance.com/5dayreset/
What I love about our conversation is that it shows how small, realistic changes—whether in nutrition, movement, or mindset—can ripple into better sleep, more energy, and a greater sense of balance.
With Pesach coming up, meals and routines will naturally shift—and sleep might, too. Remember, small steps during the day can help keep your nights calmer and more restorative.
If you feel that this is your time to get your sleep in order, let’s talk. We can figure it out together and finally get you the rest you truly need.https://calendly.com/chevymermelstein/30min
Wishing you balance, energy, and rest, and a wonderful Yom Tov,
Chevy.
